As is to be expected of WEs 1911 series, the 1911 1943 features an all Alloy Construction, with only the Pistol Grip Plates being constructed of Brown coloured Polymer, much like the genuine real steel 1911s. The Alloy construction and weight results in a firm and satisfactory recoil action every time
