The easy to grip aluminium compass housing features a stable, easy to read needle. Patented red black north south lines in the capsule bottom ensure easy and safe settling. The baseplate with curved up back end has a magnifying lens for precision map work together with stencil holes for star and control markings in the front. The scale slide at the tip of the
