All whiskies are made from 100% malted barley spirit, produced entirely in Japan, and enjoy a three month ocean maturation that helps bring out the unique flavors that can only be obtained from Mizunara Oak. To ensure the most depth and richness all Kaiy whiskies also remain un chilfiltered. Tasting Notes: A
